THE YELLOW PICKETS STORY 

According to the BiH demining standards the following is written in Chapter III, title "Working marking":

Yellow Top Pickets

The short pickets, with yellow top, whose minimum height is 0,15 m above the ground level are being used to point out locations where the mines had been found and destroyed.

The final sketch shows the type and locations of the mines that had been previously found is made in accordance with positions that were marked by yellow pickets.
