5.    Description of the contract

The contract includes delivery by the Contractor of the 9 new and second-hand vehicles.

a) Lot 1 Second hand transportation van (1+8 seats) 5 pcs

b) Lot 2 Second hand ambulance van 1 pcs

c) Lot 3 Brand new light supply car 2 pcs

d) Lot 4 Second hand freight van 1 pcs

Tenderer may to submit tender for one or whole lots.

6.    Eligibility and Rules of Origin

Participation is open under equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the member countries and territories covered by legal regulation or other instruments connected to the programme financed by this contract. All goods supplied by this contract has to originate from the countries under this programme.

7.    Tender Guarantee

The Tenderers must submit a Tender Guarantee in the amount of 2% of the tender value while submitting their tenders. This guarantee shall be used in case the tenderer has not met his obligations given within the tender procedure.

8.    How to obtain the tender dossier

The tender documents can be obtained at the «STOP Mines» office in Pale, D. Jevđevića b.b. on 29 August 2006 from 12.00 hours, and in following days. The tender documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of 100.00 KM and only the tenderers who had bought the tender documents may participate in the tender.

9.    Deadline for submission of tenders

All tenders must be delivered to the above given address by 12 (CET) hours on  28 September 2006. Any tender received after this deadline shall not be considered.
